Dr Nicola Pascall becomes Co-Chair of BGPA

Bromley GP Alliance (BGPA) is delighted to announce that Dr Nicola Pascall has been appointed Co‑Chair of BGPA, joining founder Dr Hasib Ur‑Rub, effective 1 April 2026.

Nicky steps into this role after more than six years of service on the BGPA Board of Directors, alongside her role as GP Partner at The Chislehurst Partnership.

After completing her medical training in Southampton, Nicky joined the Bromley GP Training Scheme in 1998.  She then went on to become a Partner at The Woodlands Practice in Chislehurst in 2002.  Nicky has demonstrated unwavering commitment to supporting the development of high‑quality services that meet the needs of Bromley residents and practices.

The combined knowledge of Nicky and Hasib’s experience within Primary Care will strengthen BGPA’s ongoing work and further support our vision to deliver high‑quality care for every patient across Bromley.

Co-Chair, Dr Nicky Pascall: “I am honoured to be joining Hasib as Co-Chair, after six years as a Director of the Board.  We have been through many changes as an organisation over that time, but our ethos remains to support Bromley general practice, its services and most importantly our patients.  I am excited to be leading BGPA, supported by Hasib, Kelly, Pete and David, my fellow directors, on our transformative journey as a company, as we look to become a truly collaborative organisation for Bromley. Co-Chair, Dr Hasib Ur-Rub: “I am delighted to have Nicky, who I have known for many years as a Bromley GP, Director of BGPA and as a Health Care Leader, working alongside me in Chairing BGPA.  The timing of this coincides with the NHS 10-Year Plan and the changing priorities for health care.  Nicky will bring her energy and clear thinking to help steer BGPA as part of the One Bromley Partnership and through the changes within the 10-Year Plan.  Welcome Nicky.”
