The new GP practice will be located inside the new Bromley Health and Wellbeing Centre, a 5 minute walk from the current practice.
The new address is: Bromley Health and Wellbeing Centre, 1st Floor, Ravensleigh House, 22 Westmoreland Place, Bromley, BR1 1DS
Directions:
- From the practice’s original location, turn right onto Ravensbourne Road,
- Turn right on to the High Street and walk towards the train station,
- Go past the station, walking towards the new Civic Centre,
- Turn right under the archway that leads to St Marks Square,
- You will find the new Dysart Surgery just before the tunnel.
There will be no change to the team or opening hours following the move and you will continue to contact the practice via the usual telephone number.
