Bromley GP Alliance, in partnership with Bromley Homeless Charity, have launched a new podcast: Corridor of Hope.
This podcast explores the ever-growing issue surrounding homelessness and the people it affects the most.
Corridor of Hope hears from those who work alongside Bromley Homeless Charity and the BGPA Homeless Health Project to explore how local partnerships and services are helping those who truly need it in the community.
We have released our introductory episode which focuses on the partnership between Bromley GP Alliance and Bromley Homeless, in creating a Health Hub, to allow homeless people to be treated for any conditions they may have, in a safe, caring environment. Hosted by Nurse Practitioner Sarah Jackson, hear from Dr Hasib Ur-Rub, Chair of Bromley GP Alliance and Kim Sutton, Services Manager of Bromley Homeless, who discuss the partnership’s foundations and the work that has been done already to help the most vulnerable in Bromley.
