Bromley GP Alliance is looking for motivated, calm and compassionate GPs to join our Out of Hours (OOH) service on a locum, ad-hoc basis. The service is based in Orpington, this role offers shifts during evenings, overnights, weekends, and bank holidays. You’ll deliver urgent care to housebound and care home patients across Bromley, supported by a dedicated driver. The clinical presentations are varied and include acute illness, chronic condition flare-ups, palliative care, and end-of-life support – making this an excellent opportunity for those who thrive on variety and meaningful face to face patient interaction.
We offer £90 per hour, a supportive team environment, regular clinical governance meetings, and opportunities for you to look at your own professional development. GPs with strong clinical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a flexible, independent approach will thrive in this role. Prior OOH or urgent care experience is desirable but not essential.
