Franklin joined BGPA as a Bank Phlebotomist in 2019, before working his way up to become a Phlebotomist Trainer, Lead Phlebotomist and now a Phlebotomy Supervisor, assisting in management related tasks. Franklin also works as a HCA Supervisor at Bromleag Care Practice.
