Franklin joined BGPA as a Bank Phlebotomist in 2019 and has since progressed through several roles, including Phlebotomist Trainer, Lead Phlebotomist, Phlebotomy Supervisor and Operations Lead. He now serves as Deputy Service Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the phlebotomy team.
